This NFT video art series explores the iconic bioprinted ear from Manifesto Terricola through a collection of material metamorphoses. Each piece presents the ear rendered in a different simulated substance—ice, stone, gold, flesh, glass, soil, and synthetic polymers—evoking the poetic tension between nature, technology, and human memory.
These transmutations are not merely visual effects but conceptual statements. Ice suggests fragility and temporal urgency; stone speaks of permanence and fossilization; gold of value and corruption; flesh of intimacy and origin; glass of transparency and vulnerability; soil of burial and rebirth; and polymers of synthetic futures. Each version is set in a minimal environment where light, sound, and movement enhance its material presence and emotional resonance.
The ear, as a symbol of listening, memory, and corporeal trace, becomes a speculative monument—transformed by time, environment, and the evolving human condition. These NFTs are not static collectibles but living sequences: digital relics of a posthuman aesthetic, encoded with the essence of Manifesto Terricola—a call for reconnection with planetary consciousness.
